Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please read the below-mentioned Refund and Cancellation Policy and make sure that you fully understand all of the terms before making a payment.
We, Ads Central operate as a business, and we expect our clients to understand, accept, and respect all of our policies. As a web designing and internet marketing company, our responsibility and goal is to bring the highest value for each dollar spent by our clients, and for this purpose, we need to cover expenses and fuel our operations to guarantee the best results and keep our employees motivated. Therefore, just like the other businesses, our company also requires and expects our clients to clear the payments on time in respect to the services offered by our company.
We understand that “Life happens” at some point and you may ask for a refund of the fees paid for services you choose from Ads Central. So to avoid any such condition, we have created a policy that will be a win-win for both parties. Our main goal here is to keep you satisfied with our work and services without creating any sort of misunderstanding and problem.
Signing up for our services means you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of our Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Web Design & Development
No matter whether your business is small or large, the time and energy we invest for every web design and development project scale the same. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable..
We want you to understand that if a project is canceled, delayed, or postponed from our Client’s side, then all previously paid amounts will be retained by Ads Central and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the CLIENT for all completed work beyond what was already paid for. No exceptions.
Web Hosting
The web hosting accounts are set up from the date of our Client’s order and are allotted a limited amount of server resources according to the purchased plan. Therefore, even if you opened a hosting account but have not used it until the date, payment will still be due.
The hosting billing cycle continues until we receive an official notice for the cancellation from our client. The Hosting charge paid up to 12 months in advance and canceled before the expiration date will not be refunded. Along with this, the hosting payments of whether the present or past months are also non-refundable.
Domain Name
Once the domain name is transferred to the customer’s account, all domain name sales are over. Domain name sales require full payment before transferring the purchased domain name. The domain name will not be transferred to your account until we receive the full payment.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click Management (PPC), and Online Marketing
The fees paid for search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, pay per click management (PPC), or any of our online marketing services are non-refundable, even if the fees have been paid in advance. Once payment or deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy.
Account Suspension
Ads Central reserves the right to disable and/or cancel user accounts, services if users are found to have violated our terms and policies. Termination due to policy violation will not be refunded.
Chargebacks:
Usually, we ask the customer to provide payment or credit card information to charge for the service provided from the customer’s card, or we can also send an invoice so that you can pay from your terminal.
However, claiming that you did not provide your card information or that you are unaware of that such charges are illegal and fraudulent.
If the client causes any refund or payment dispute to the bank or credit card company, the clients service and/or the project will be suspended and, in some cases, all work will be canceled (canceled) without prior notice. Additionally, the refund amount will be issued to the customer (to recover any fees transferred to us by the credit card company).
In addition, before we restore service, deliver any files, or commence any work, any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) will have to be paid in full.
Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud. Chargebacks are never a legal or appropriate means of obtaining a refund.
